Windmill Ridge

We created the concept for a series of ads for Windmill Ridge at Rancho Viejo--a neotraditional community located in Santa Fe, NM. The assignment was to increase awareness and differentiate Windmill Ridge from the competition, resulting in sales. The look and feel was to be hip, distinctive, modern, compelling, and avoid cliche real estate advertising--all while maintaining a feeling of traditional southwest living.

The message is simply, "A place where you live." Windmill Ridge has life and community. The ads express this with "live action living." Through the ads, the viewer catches a glimpse of this community that is full of life, right there in front of them. The speak boxes are used a indicator of the amenities that Windmill Ridge offers--trails, coffee shop, etc--rather than a typical bullet point list. If your office is where you work, then your home should be the place where you live. Windmill Ridge is such a place.
