Creward Cup
Category: Branding | Campaigns <
The Creward Cup is the result of an internal marketing assignment given by National Roofing management to reward the different crew teams for complying and succeeding safety and quality standards at the job sites. What better way to do this than to make it a competition. Like any competition there are rules follow. The winning crew that scores the highest will be rewarded with a cash bonus each quarter and have bragging rights of being the "Cup Keepers." SUM designed and developed everything from the name (Creward being the words "crew" and "reward" combined. Cup being a large metal cup trophy thing) and logo to promotional items. We even scoured several thrift stores and antique shops in town to find the perfect candidate to be the Creward Cup. The competition was launched last week with a flash presentation that included the Rocky theme song (what Kelli refers to as "the man's anthem") and the unveiling of the Creward Cup itself. It was received very well by the crew members. We're excited to see the Creward Cup take root in the culture of National Roofing as being another way to boost teamwork and excellence (although we were sad to see it leave our office).

These posters are displayed throughout the National Roofing headquarters.
